Processing and packaging
Euphony Designs' earring purchases are shipped by Australia Post from Queensland, Australia.
We strive to get you your unique handmade earrings as soon as possible. Being a small business, packaging and processing time is usually 2-3 days of placing an order on the website, in addition to shipping times.
Each package is sent to you in sustainable, environmentally friendly packaging from HeapsGood, a fabulous local business in Melbourne. This includes boxes, protective wrapping and tape that are:
- made from recycled paper
- recyclable and compostable
- plastic-free and ocean friendly.
On top of their awesome packaging, HeapsGood also plant a tree on my behalf for every order I make with them!
Please note that shipping times continue to be disrupted due to Covid-19 and the associated backlog. Estimated shipping times are provided by Australia Post and we're pleased to offer the below flat rates.
Shipping
Australia-wide shipping
If your order comes to $100 or more, you're eligible for free standard shipping around Australia.
- Standard shipping $7.00
Australia Post estimates standard shipping will take upwards of 2 business days to reach you.
- Express shipping $12.50
If sending by Express Post, Australia Post advises they aim to have it with you the next business day within the Express Post network.
International shipping
If your order comes to AUD $130 or more, you're eligible for free standard shipping.
Standard shipping is offered to customers outside of Australia and rates are determined based on Australia Post's country zones. Shipping is calculated at the checkout and rates are in Australian dollars. Standard shipping times vary from 6 to 27 business days.
- Zone 1 New Zealand: Standard shipping AUD $15.00
- Zone 2 Asia Pacific: Standard shipping AUD $18.00
- Zone 3 USA and Canada: Standard shipping AUD $20.00
- Zone 4 UK and Europe: Standard shipping AUD $25.00
- Zone 5 Rest of the World: Standard shipping AUD $30.00
For express international shipping, there will be an additional charge of AUD $15 on top of the above shipping rates.
Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons your earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each piece is individually made by hand and may vary slightly from each other. These ‘perfect imperfections’ are what gives handmade pieces their unique charm.
If your earrings have somehow arrived damaged in the post, please take a photo of the damaged earrings and send to hello@euphonydesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We'll endeavour as much as possible to replace any items that are faulty or provide a refund.
